My goal is to improve my clients' lives by changing their relationship to themselves. There is no other relationship you have more influence over, nor any other that will have a greater effect on your life. 

I aim to expand your experience of yourself and your life, not limit it. When we can incorporate all of ourselves and the experiences we have had in life, we open the door for new possibilities. When we resist what has already happened, we tend to be unable to move beyond it. 

By dealing with each person as a whole, I don’t seek to “fix” my clients, but to help them grow and expand. The aim is to work with life, not against it. By cultivating the mind and body we can produce the life we want to live.

Whether it be a movement lesson, body work, NLP, or a family constellation, my aim is to help you explore yourself, and get you more of what you want in life.

Movement

The movement work I do is based in the MBS (Mind Body Studies) approach to the work of Moshe Feldenkrais. I also draw from my years of experience in martial arts, mediation, and breath work. These movements, and mental exercises can help to refine our motor skills, alleviate discomforts/pain, expand our range of motion, release tension and stress, and improve our wellbeing in ourselves and our lives.

NLP

NLP offers a wonderful toolkit that can be used to bring about greater fulfillment in ourselves and our lives. It utilized many techniques that help produce changes and shifts in our subconscious, our perceptions of ourselves, and the world around us. It can affect our beliefs, our thoughts, and our behaviors to help assist us to have a more fulfilling life. It is a great way to get more of what you want rom life through effortless change.
